Refund and Returns Policy

At Piruhaus, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.

• To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, in the same condition that you received them, and with all original tags attached (including brand tags/packaging where applicable).

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@piruhaus.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

• Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the exact return shipping address via email.

• Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.

3. Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning items, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
